Why can't I get e-mail?

Most likely whatever email software you are using has incorrect settings. Check the mail settings. Incoming mail should read pop3.wwgap.net and outgoing should read smtp.wwgap.net. Also if the DNS number is wrong (see above) you will also not be able to get your mail.
