Some pictures don't come up, or the pages don't look right.

Most likely a plug-in is either disabled or not present or possibly corrupt on the system. Could be a DLL file associated with the browser has been changed by a third party program or is corrupt. Reloading the software can usually fix the problem but does not always mean that everything else is right on the machine. Be careful of using third party programs. They can cause real problems on your system.
